By downloading and installing the App onto your device you are consenting to the processing of your personal information as explained in this policy.

Scope of this policy This privacy policy together with our associated end-user licence agreement as set out at www.thePLAN YOUR TANchange.com (EULA) and any additional terms of use incorporated by reference into the EULA (collectively, our Terms of Use) applies to your use of: the App and any associated websites on which the App is available or hosted (App Site or Website), once you have downloaded or streamed a copy of the App onto your mobile telephone or handheld device (Device); and any of the services accessible through the App (Services) that are available on the App Site or other sites of ours (Services Sites), unless the EULA states that a separate privacy policy applies to a particular Service, in which case that privacy policy only applies.

Information we may collect from you We may collect and process the following data about you:

1. Information you give us (Submitted information):
You may give us information about you by filling in forms on the App Site and the Services Sites (together Our Sites), by reporting a problem with the App or any of the Services or any of Our Sites, by otherwise corresponding with us (including, for example and without limitation, by email or chat), by registering to use the App Site, by downloading or registering the App, by subscribing to any of our Services, by searching for the App or any Services, by making an in-App purchase, by sharing data via the App's social media functions, by entering a competition, promotion or survey or by engaging in any other similar activities.

The information you give us may therefore include, without limitation: (i) contact data (i.e.

personally identifiable information about you, such as your name, email address and phone number, as well as your friends and contacts, if you enable access to your contacts and address book information); (ii) demographic data (i.e.

personal information about you that does not specifically identify you, such as your gender, birthday, address, country of residence, height, weight, lifestyle and exercise frequency); and (iii) health and wellbeing data (i.e.

information relating to or resulting from your use of the Services that does not specifically identify you, such as your caloric intake, nutritional statistics, health information, fitness activity and weight loss/gain), as well as the Device's phone number, your personal description and photograph and other identifying information, your username, password and other registration information and your financial and credit card information.

For the avoidance of doubt, any Submitted Information that constitutes personal data under the Data Protection Act 1998 (as amended or superseded from time to time) and/or any Submitted Information that is required to be treated equivalently under applicable local laws (as amended or superseded from time to time) shall (as applicable) amount to Personal Information for the purposes of this privacy policy.

2. Information we collect about you and your device.
Each time you visit one of our Sites or use the App we may automatically collect the following information: technical information, including (without limitation) the type of mobile device you use, a unique device identifier (for example, your Device's IMEI number, the MAC address of the Device's wireless network interface, or the mobile phone number used by the Device), mobile network information, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile browser you use, IP address, domain services, time zone setting and other such information (Device Information); information stored on your Device, including (without limitation) contact information, friends lists, login information, photos, videos or other digital content, check ins and other such information (Content Information); and details of your use of any of our Apps or your visits to any of Our Sites, including (without limitation) traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise, and the resources that you access (Log Information).

3. Location information.

We may also use GPS technology to determine your current location.

Some of our location-enabled Services require your personal data for the feature to work.

If you wish to use the particular feature, you will be asked to consent to your data being used for this purpose.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by charging the relevant settings on the App or on your Device in which case your consent withdrawal will be actioned as soon as reasonably practicable.

4. Information we receive from other sources (Third Party Information).
We are working closely with third parties (including, for example and without limitation, the PLAN YOUR TAN Co-Venturers, business partners, subcontractors in technical, payment and delivery services, advertising networks, analytics providers, search information providers, credit reference agencies, wearable device manufacturers and medical device manufacturers) and may receive information about you from them and from their services, products and devices.

The App may also provides you with features that utilise your device’s accelerometer, gyroscope, camera, fingerprint recognition, and/or any other kind of geo-sensor technology.

These elements will provide data elements used to enhance your experience and benefit of the App.

When you use the App, we may also automatically collect and store certain information in our server logs to gain a better understanding of how people use the App, for system administration purposes, and to provide a better user experience and customer service.

This type of information includes “clickstream” data (i.e.

information about when and how you use the App and what parts of the App you use) and viewed and exit pages on the App, as well as date or time stamps.

The App also allows you to invite friends to try the App.

In order to use this feature you must select the option which allows the App to access the contacts on your device.

Please only use this option to send an email invitation to a friend who you know would be happy to receive an invite to try the App.

You must not misrepresent or conceal your identity in any way when you use this feature of the App.

Furthermore, your use of this feature within the App must comply with our Terms of Use and, in particular but without limitation, must not be used to act maliciously, unlawfully or deceptively in any way.

If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.

5. Unique application numbers.
When you install or uninstall any of the Services containing a unique application number or when any such Service searches for automatic updates, that number and information about your installation, for example and without limitation, the type of operating system, may be sent to us.

You are under no obligation to provide Personal Information.

However, not providing this information may prevent you from using certain features of the Services.

Cookies The App uses cookies and similar technologies to allow us to distinguish you from other users of the App.

Cookies are small files of letters and numbers which are placed on your device.

The cookies we use are “Analytic” cookies which we believe help us provide you with a good experience when you use the App and enable us to improve the Services provided by and through the App.

By downloading and installing the App onto your device and signing up to use the App through the login options, you consent to the use of cookies as described above in this policy.

Third Party Services If you create an account using your log in or ID from a service or website used by a third party (such as, for example and without limitation, Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn) (Third Party Service), we will use your log in/ID to access and collect the information that your privacy settings on that Third Party Service permits us to access so that we can create your account and connect you with your friends and provide Services to you.

Information You Make Public Certain sections of the Website and the App are open to any viewer or user.

These would include, for example and without limitation, social networking, chat room or forum features (including our community forums) and your personal profile.

Any information that you post in these locations may be available and accessible to other members and users of the Website and the App.

The App contains features that permit you to upload, post, transmit, display, perform or distribute contents of information or other data.

This would include your Personal Information.

Any information that you disclose by means of any such features becomes public information.

You must exercise caution when deciding to disclose your Personal Information by means of any such feature.

You assume all responsibility in any such disclosure.

Uses made of the information We and/or our partners and suppliers including (without Limitation) the PLAN YOUR TAN Co-Venturers and your employer, may use the following categories and types of information held about you in the following ways: All categories and types of information: in general terms, the App, the App Site and the Services are used to allow you to engage, and to allow us and/or our partners and suppliers, including the PLAN YOUR TAN Co-Venturers and your employer, to assist you, in logging, recording, tracking and evaluating your general fitness, health and/or wellness, in assessing your health, health risks and risks of developing specific diseases in the future and in making decisions or determinations related to developing or maintaining your general fitness, health or wellness and/or reducing such risks, and to enable us and/or our partners and suppliers, including (without limitation) the PLAN YOUR TAN Co-Venturers and your employer, provide you with information, suggestions and tools to promote or encourage healthy eating, exercise, weight loss or other activities or behavioural or dietary changes generally related to a healthy lifestyle or wellness and/or the reduction of such risks.

This is of course subject to the remainder of this privacy policy and the associated EULA.

While we believe that the App, the App Site and the Services are useful tools for monitoring and improving your health and lifestyle, they are not substitutes for the advice and care of medical professionals and do not guarantee the avoidance, mitigation or prevention of disease or other health problems.

Submitted Information: The Submitted Information you provide is used for such purposes as allowing you to set up a user account and profile, providing access to the App Site and/or the App and related Services, monitoring and improving the content and usage of the App Site and/or the App, interacting with the App Site and/or the App and with your friends and other members to find and connect with your friends and other members (when authorised by you), customising the advertising and content you see, communicating with you about new features and other news, providing the Services (and improving them) and any other purpose for which the information was collected.

We and/or our partners and suppliers, including (without limitation) the PLAN YOUR TAN Co-Venturers and your employer, may also draw upon this Submitted Information in order to adapt the App Site and/or the App to your needs, to research the effectiveness of our App Site and/or the App, and to develop new tools for our members.

Device Information, Third Party Information, Content Information, Log Information, Location Information and Unique Application Numbers: we and/or our partners and suppliers, including (without limitation) the PLAN YOUR TAN Co-Venturers and your employer, will analyse this information to help us better understand who is using the Services and the App and how they are using the Services and the App.

By identifying patterns and trends in usage, we and/or our partners and suppliers, including (without limitation) the PLAN YOUR TAN Co-Venturers and your employer, expect to be able to better design the Services and the App to improve your experience and to serve you more relevant and interesting content and to generally improve the Services and the App.

We and/or our partners and suppliers, including (without limitation) the PLAN YOUR TAN Co-Venturers and your employer, may release anonymous aggregated data of this type such as by publishing a report on trends in the usage of the App and/or the Services.

We and/or our partners and suppliers, including (without limitation) the PLAN YOUR TAN Co-Venturers and your employer, may also share such aggregated information with: (i) third party analytics companies so that they may help us better understand who is using the Services and/or the App and how they are using the Services and/or the App; and (ii) service providers and subcontractors so that we can personalise and improve the Services to your use and interest.

We and/or our partners and suppliers, including (without limitation) the PLAN YOUR TAN Co-Venturers and your employer, may: (i) communicate and share any data with you through API technologies but only via authorised third party devices and/or systems and/or any other authorised data storage devices; (ii) (with your consent) offer you curated products and services; and (iii) (with or without your consent) aggregate, analyse, batch, exploit group, process, retain, share or otherwise use any information collected from and/or held about you for any analytical purposes but only if such information is anonymised and used in a way where, once extracted, we and/or our partners and suppliers, including (without limitation) the PLAN YOUR TAN Co-Venturers and your employer, are unable to identify you and/or the source of the information.

We and/or our partners and suppliers, including (without limitation) the PLAN YOUR TAN Co-Venturers and your employer, may associate any category of information with any other category of information and will treat the combined information as personal data in accordance with this policy for as long as it is combined.

We and/or our partners and suppliers, including (without limitation) the PLAN YOUR TAN Co-Venturers and your employer, do not disclose information about identifiable individuals to advertisers, but we and/or our partners and suppliers, including (without limitation) the PLAN YOUR TAN Co-Venturers and your employer, may provide them with anonymous aggregate information about our users (for example, by informing them that 500 men aged under 30 have clicked on their advertisement on any given day).

We and/or our partners and suppliers, including (without limitation) the PLAN YOUR TAN Co-Venturers and your employer, may also use such aggregate information to help advertisers reach the kind of audience they want to target (for example, women in SW1).

We and/or our partners and suppliers, including (without limitation) the PLAN YOUR TAN Co-Venturers and your employer, may make use of the personal data we and/or they have collected from you to enable us or them to comply with advertisers' wishes by displaying their advertisement to that target audience.

Disclosure of your information We may disclose your personal information to any of our subsidiaries, to our ultimate holding company and/or any of its subsidiaries from time to time and to any other entities that from time to time control us, are controlled by us or are under common control with us including, without limitation, the PLAN YOUR TAN Co-Venturers.

We may disclose your personal information to third parties: In the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets.

If we or any of our subsidiaries from time to time or substantially all of our or its business or assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by it about its customers will be one of the transferred assets.

In order to: enforce or apply the EULA and other agreements or to investigate potential breaches; or protect our rights, property and/or safety and that of our customers and/or others.

Where those third parties assist us in providing services in relation to the App and the Website and/or where the third parties provide associated services to those provided through the App.

This may include (but is not limited to) those who perform technical, administrative and data processing tasks such as hosting, billing, fulfilment and data storage and security.

Where we store your personal data The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and, as such, may be transferred to and from any territory (whether within or outside the EEA) in which such servers are located as required.

It may also be processed by any member of staff operating within or outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our partners and suppliers, including (without limitation) the PLAN YOUR TAN Co-Venturers and your employer.

These staff may be engaged in the fulfilment of your request, order or reservation, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services.

By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing.

We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers.

Cancelling Your Account You can cancel your user account at anytime by emailing us at support@thePLAN YOUR TANchange.com

When you cancel your account, We and/or our partners and suppliers, including (without limitation) the PLAN YOUR TAN Co-Venturers and your employer, will retain any personal information collected from and held about you but will remove all identification fields so that the information cannot be identified as belonging to an individual end user or linked to a specific source.

Changes to privacy policy Any changes we may make to our privacy policy in the future will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you when you next start the App or log onto one of the Services Sites.

The new terms may be displayed on-screen and you may be required to read and accept them to continue your use of the App or the Services.

Your continued use of the App and/or the Services will be deemed acceptance of the then-current terms of the privacy policy.
